Enha Global Talent was founded in 2026 in Aceh Besar, Indonesia, in response to a growing and urgent need for structured, ethical, and quality-driven international workforce development services in Aceh Province and across Indonesia. The company emerged from the recognition that Aceh’s abundant and motivated labor force lacked access to comprehensive preparation programs capable of meeting the rigorous standards of international employment markets.

Our founders — proven experience in international project implementation — identified a critical institutional gap: the absence of an integrated local institution capable of simultaneously addressing language barriers, vocational skills deficiencies, cultural competency requirements, and employment readiness in a structured, transparent, and ethically managed manner. PT. Enha Global Talent was established to fill that gap.
